Watch: Digicel customer care thanks you for your patience!

Digicel has issued a video update for customers who are currently contacting its customer care teams.

As we all work to stay safe amid the coronavirus outbreak, Digicel has advised it is doing the same for its staff and customers, while working hard to maintain a high level of service.

As the company faces a surge in calls and contacts, it thanked the public for its patience with any delays experienced - and reminded that the help you need is only a finger-tap away on social media.

Customers with queries can always visit the 'Need help' section or chat live with an agent on the Digicel website or in the My Digicel App.
