Early morning fire in Granville, St James destroyed a section of a 11-bedroom house on Thursday.

Reports are that about 6:30 am, firefighters from the Freeport Fire Station were alerted to the blaze on Chambers Drive in Granville. The firefighters responded quickly and, with the help of another unit from Ironshore, extinguished the fire.

The blaze, the cause of which is still unknown, reportedly left four persons, including a minor, homeless. Investigations continue. Watch the video below.
