The Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ) recently hosted the first edition of ‘Lessons from the C-Suite’ at the Courtleigh Hotel.

The forum, which is being held once every two months, features a guest mentor – a successful business person – who shares tips, advice and insight with young, upcoming entrepreneurs about building a successful business and allows the young entrepreneurs to ask questions about challenges they face daily.

Gary ‘Butch’ Hendrickson, Chairman and CEO of Continental Baking Company, was the guest mentor at the first session, where he spoke candidly about his experience as a businessman - the failures, pitfalls, highs and lows; but most importantly how to remain resilient and focused to achieve success.
