As National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB) continues to observe measures to help stem the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the company is advising that it has again revised its operating hours.

As of Monday, March 30 the bank will now open its doors from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm daily until further advised. NCB’s Customer Care Centre will, however, be available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. during the same period.

The change in operating hours as communicated last week was scheduled to end on Friday, March 27.

However, in light of the developments over the last few days NCB has found it necessary to take extra measures to help further protect its customers and members of the public by closing earlier, NCB said in a statement.

NCB urges its customers to use its digital channels to help manage their financial affairs safely and conveniently. Transactions that can be done online or via the NCB Mobile include:

  • Bill payment
  • Transferring  of funds
  • Checking  of balances

Additionally, NCB’s intelligent AMBs are open 24/7 at branch locations islandwide and allow for in-person transactions such as:

  • Lodgment of cash and cheques
  • Withdrawal of cash
  • Payment of credit card and utility bills (Flow, JPS, NWC)

Customers of NCB Capital Markets Limited (NCBCM) may manage their investments using the NCBCM online platform.

NCB urges all Jamaicans to practice the safety measures as outlined by the Ministry of Health and Wellness and invites its customers with questions or concerns to email and to visit NCB’s social media pages and for updates.
