Alleged contract killer from Jamaica caught in Bahamas
An alleged contract killer from Jamaica was nabbed at an inn in Grand Bahama on Wednesday, according to Bahamian police.
The man, said to be from August Town, St Andrew, was not identified. He is believed to have traveled to the country to commit a murder.
Preliminary reports are that shortly after midnight on Wednesday, acting on intelligence, police searched a room at the Victoria Inn where the Jamaican was staying and arrested the suspect.
According to Bahamian authorities, the suspect is believed to have been involved in several killings in Jamaica
Meanwhile, officers in Jamaica are said to be working closely with the Bahamian police as investigations are ongoing.
