Young woman missing since leaving for church on Sunday

Twenty-one-year-old Abina Bertram, otherwise called ‘Tashell,’ from St Thomas, has been missing since Sunday, July 14.

She is of dark complexion, medium built, and is about 163 centimetres (five feet four inches) tall.

Reports from the Port Morant police are that Bertram, who hails from Industry Hill, Works Yard, Leith Hall, left home about 10am to attend a church in the parish capital, Morant Bay.

She was dressed in a black tank top, pink jacket, floral skirt and a pair of black shoes.

All efforts to contact her by phone since then have been unsuccessful.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Abina Bertram is being asked to contact the Port Morant police at 876-982-8220, the police 119 emergency number, or the nearest police station.
