Young People in Business: Immaculate student juggles bag business and books
Created : 26 April 2017
Immaculate Conception High student Damoi Escoffery is running her bag business.
At age 18, Damoi Escoffery is already running her own business. It’s a one-woman operation for now, but she hopes to hire workers in the next few years.
Escoffery is the founder of Beau’Amord Collections (B.A Collections), which produces a variety of bags for women including clutches, purses and makeup kits.
The precocious student of St Andrew-based Immaculate Conception High will sit her four Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examinations (CAPE) in May. She also hopes to pursue a career in Geographic Information Systems.
