Stuart Broad has been left out of the England team for the first Test against West Indies at Kensington Oval in Barbados.

Sam Curran, Adil Rashid and James Anderson will be the tourists' main bowling options for the match, which is now underway, with all-rounder Moeen Ali also selected.

The 32-year-old is second behind Anderson on the list of England's all-time wicket-takers.

West Indies have opted for just the one spinner, Roston Chase, in addition to four quick bowlers.
