Welcome all-round petroleum price reductions this week
Jamaicans will on Thursday benefit from another set of significant reductions in the prices of all the products supplied by the state-owned oil refinery, Petrojam
Motorists will see reductions in the prices of fuel when they fill up at the pumps on Thursday, based on the latest ex-refinery prices released by Petrojam on Wednesday.
According to the refinery, 87 and 90-octane gasoline will be sold for $126.11 and $128.95 per litre, respectively, down by $2.04 each.
At the same time, automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $129.06 per litre, following a decrease of $3.04, while ultra-low sulphur diesel is down by $3.06, and will be sold for $133.48 per litre.
Meanwhile, kerosene is down by $3.06, and will be sold for $110.32 per litre.
Petrojam said propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $36.55 per litre, down by $2.84, while butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $38.95 per litre, down by $3.00.
The marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-ups to the prices from Petrojam.
