Weekly Wrap: Terrelonge targeted, PNP says sorry, Holness absent...

From a court ruling that Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) soldiers who were implicated in the 2010 fatal shooting of chartered accountant, Keith Clarke, in St Andrew will have to stand trial on murder charges, to homophobic barbs and subsequent apologies directed at Member of Parliament (MP) Alando Terrelonge, and Prime Minister Andrew Holness’ absence from the latest CARICOM heads of government meeting in Barbados, it was a vibrant slate of news on offer this week.

Add coronavirus testing capability locally, national footballer Darren Mattocks’ legal woes in the United States, gun possession rumours about dancehall star Popcaan, and the realities of Seprod’s sugar production venture in St Thomas, and the scope and variety of the week’s news package are even more engaging.

Watch our Weekly Wrap in this video below, which was done by Ramon Lindsay.
