Thousands of people braved the rain Saturday to participate in the 2019 staging of the Digicel 5K Run for Special Needs in Kingston.

It was a fun-filled affair both on and off the road, with the 'icing on the cake' being that it was for a good cause. Five special needs organisations will benefit from the proceeds: Community Based Rehabilitation Jamaica; Step Centre; Early Stimulation Plus; Best Care Foundation and the Jamaica Visually Impaired Cricket Association.
