The struggle is real as we all #stayhome and practice social distancing to help flatten the coronavirus curve.

It's not easy spending long periods in doors, especially if you have kids, and with gyms and parks closed, it's hard to keep fit and active.

But this period of social distancing means exercise is more important than ever, as much for our mental health as our physical strength.

And thanks to Jamaica Moves, brought to you by the Ministry of Health and Wellness, you can squeeze in your minimum 30 minutes of activity a day - and include all the family - from the comfort of your living room.
