WATCH: Andrew announces date for by-elections

Prime Minister Andrew Holness announced the date for three parliamentary by-elections, including the highly-anticipated contest for the South East St Mary constituency, on Sunday at a Jamaica Labour Party mass rally in Annotto Bay.

He named Monday, October 30 as the date for the elections.  Nomination Day for the polls will be on Monday, October 9.
