Beer-maker Red Stripe is ramping up its drive to protect the environment through its Recycling Campaign. As part of its efforts, the company announced a 100 per cent increase in the price it pays for bottle returns.
It has recycled nearly 10 million bottles since launching the campaign in February.
Onita Patterson, Returnable Packaging Material Executive at Red Stripe, says the company has set a target to get its recycling figures in the 95 per cent range.
