Red Stripe managing director Ricardo Nuncio will this week leave the job after three years, to take up a new assignment with parent company Heineken in his native Mexico.

Nuncio described his tenure in Jamaica as pleasant, pointing to the advancement of workers of the company as being foremost among his achievements.

Taking over from Nuncio will be Luis Prata from Portugal, who has been on a familiarisation tour of the facility since Friday.

Nuncio took part in one of his last activities at Red Stripe on Tuesday, when he officially opened the state-of-the-art Logic One Warehouse at the company's Spanish Town Road facilities. Prata also participated in the opening. Watch as Loop News talked to Nuncio about his stay at Red Stripe and in Jamaica.
