With social media becoming increasingly important for businesses, firms are more and more looking at how to convert insights into competitive advantages in the social space.

It was among the topics discussed by an expert panel at the recent Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica Social Media Business Conference, held under the theme ‘Likes To Profits’ at the Jamaica Pegasus hotel.
