Two headless bodies were found in Comfort District, Clarendon on Friday.
Police said at about 10:30am they were called to the area by a passers-by who stumbled on the bodies and raised an alarm.
“The report I received is that a group of men were walking in the area with their goats when they found the bodies close to a pond in the community,” said Uphel Purcell, councillor for the York Town Division in which Comfort falls.
Purcell said residents are calling on the police to increase their presence in the community in a bid to clamp down on the criminals.
