Two children shot in early morning gun attack in Clarendon

Two children have been hospitalised after they were attacked by gunmen at home while sleeping in Race Track, Clarendon on Sunday morning..

Reports were that shortly after 3:30 am, armed men kicked in the door of a house in Race Track, a community near Denbigh in May Pen, and opened fire on the two youngsters who are brothers, one only five years old, and the other 16, while they slept.

They two children were rushed to hospital, where they have been admitted.

The 16-year-old is said to be in a serious condition.

The Clarendon police are investigating the incident.
