Thieves left empty-handed after NCB break-in

Police are reporting that the men who broke into a section of the National Commercial Bank branch in Morant Bay St Thomas were unsuccessful in stealing anything.

Superintendent Beau Rigabie told Loop News Monday afternoon that that the men broke into the ATM section of the bank.

“They broke into it but they did not achieve anything. No cash was taken,” Rigabie said.

“They also didn’t get inside the main area of the bank itself,” he added, noting that the machine had been vandalised.
