Teams hunt semi-final spots in Berger Elite Netball League today

Three of the four teams battling for the last two semi-final spots in the Berger Elite Netball League will be in action on Wednesday, at the Leila Robinson Courts, when the competition resumes with the penultimate round of matches in the first round.

The four teams still in with a chance of making the semis are Clarendon Gaters, Manchester Spurs, Under-21 Suns and Kingston Humming Birds.

All with the exception of Kingston Humming Birds will be in action on Wednesday.

The Under-21 Suns, who are in joint fourth place with Kingston Humming Birds, will play third place St James Sharpes in the opening game on Wednesday at 6:00 pm.

The second game is scheduled to start at 7:30 pm and features bottom place Clarendon Gaters and second-from-the-bottom Manchester Spurs.

Tournament leaders St Ann Orchids and second place St Catherine Racers have already qualified for the semis.
