Taxi driver killed in St Andrew on Thursday identified Loop News Created : 13 April 2018 Jamaica News The taxi driver who was shot dead by gunmen along Lindsay Crescent off Dunrobin Avenue in St Andrew late on Thursday, has been identified. He is 44-year-old Christopher Palmer of a Kingston 20 address. Reports are that about 9:00 p.m., Taylor stopped to pick up two men as passengers. While transporting the men, one of them pulled a gun and shot him (the driver) several times before throwing him out of the vehicle. Arising from the gunshots, the police were called to the area and during a search, the body found.
