Suspect being sought in relation to security guard’s death in Tivoli

The police have identified a suspect in relation to the killing of a female security guard in a section of Tivoli Gardens in West Kingston on Wednesday.

The body of 43-year-old Dianne Seville, a resident of Spanish Town Road, was found with multiple stab wounds close to a clinic on McKenzie Drive in Tivoli Gardens.

Sources said the woman was working in the area.

Reports are that about 7:50 p.m., a colleague of Seville stumbled on her body on the ground in a motionless state.

Sources said the body had several stab wounds.

She was later pronounced dead at hospital.

“Since the attack, the police have been looking at a number of angles and are now following several leads in the case, and have also launched a search for a suspect,” a senior officer told Loop News.

The officer declined to provide any more information on the case, saying an update will be provided at a later date.
