Slight increases for gasoline and diesel fuel
Motorists are to pay slightly more for gasoline and diesel fuel at the pumps on Thursday.
This is according to the latest weekly adjustment in prices as announced by the state-owned oil refinery, Petrojam.
Following the adjustments, 87 and 90-octane gasoline will be sold for $128.48 and $131.32 per litre, respectively, up by $0.67 each.
Also on Thursday, automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $136.92 per litre, after an increase of $0.18, while ultra-low sulphur diesel will go up by $0.40, to be sold for $140.97 per litre.
Petrojam said kerosene will move up in price by $0.84, and will be sold for $116.44 per litre.
Meanwhile, propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $41.48 per litre, up by $0.18, while butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $46.77 per litr, down $1.20.
The marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-ups to the prices from Petrojam.
