Slight fall in gas prices, but increases for other petrol products

Motorists should see a slight decrease in the price of gasoline at the pumps on Thursday, November 14.

However, there will be price increases for all other petroleum products supplied to the local distributive trade by the state-owned oil refinery, Petrojam.

According to the latest weekly price adjustment published by Petrojam, 87 and 90-octane gasoline will be sold for $129.56 and $132.40 per litre, respectively, down by $0.09 each.

At the same time, automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $136.81 per litre, following an increase of $2.89, while ultra-low sulphur diesel is up by $2.27, and will be sold for $141.69 per litre.

Kerosene is up in price by $2.46, and will be sold for $117.30 per litre as of Thursday.

Meanwhile, propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $45.47 per litre, up by $1.80, while butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $52.46 per litre after an increase of $3.06.

The marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-ups to the prices from Petrojam.
