Slight decreases in petroleum prices this week
Motorists should see slight decreases in the prices of gasoline and diesel when they fill up at the pumps on Thursday.
According to the latest report on the weekly price movements issued by the state-owned oil refinery, Petrojam, 87 and 90-octane gasoline will be sold for $128.50 and $131.34 per litre, respectively, down by $0.03 each.
At the same time, automotive diesel fuel will sell for $130.77 per litre following a decrease of $0.73, while ultra-low sulphur diesel is down by $0.55, and will sell for $134.15 per litre.
Kerosene has decreased in price by $0.99, and will sell for $108.68 per litre.
Meanwhile, propane liquid petroleum is down $.056, and will be sold for $44.45 per litre, while butane liquid petroleum is down $0.74, and will sell for $50.42 per litre.
The marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to the prices from Petrojam.
