SiFi Studios' new digital platform to bridge gaps in real estate

SiFi Studios Jamaica Limited is a curated search technology company and a real estate broker who is leveraging their technology prowess with the release of their new digital brand “Keez”.

The product had its soft launch at the Palace Cineplex on Thursday, with representatives from several notable real estate brokers and agents, and members of the SiFi board.

The new innovation is SiFi’s digital platform is said to bring convenience and efficiency to the local real estate market with an aim of revolutionizing the way that consumers currently “house hunt”.

SiFi Studios focuses on driving greater efficiencies across burdensome processes for consumers by digitizing these processes and delivering hard to find information across web, apps (Android and iOS) and the mobile web.

Its strength is the proficiency of its search engines, location-based information, filtering results and contextualization, while leveraging their unique, ability to deliver information with intuitive, simple, yet beautiful design.

According to Ajani Harris-Williams, Co-Founder and CEO of SiFi Studios Jamaica, the aim is primarily to solve complex problems that have existed both online and offline for the public, transforming their searching, finding and discovery into a delightful user experience.

“This endeavour was at a great sacrifice, so I am personally grateful to the Most High and I am very appreciative of your presence here and for the opportunity to present this to the entire industry” said Ajani as he addressed the guests at the Keez launch. “What we’re here to do is show you that at the core of our operations is enabling and so this app is designed - not as a disruption, but as an aid to your transactions.”

At the private launch held for brokers and agents, the SiFi team introduced guests to the intricacies of SiFi Studios, and how being enablers isn't just specific to their product, but enabling is who they are at a cellular level.

Attendees were introduced to the Keez app on the big screen and given an exclusive demo of the many features and capabilities of the platform. Based on initial feedback, Ajani and Co-Founder Marvin Whitfield predict that Keez will be successful when it is officially launched to the public in days to come.

he technology company recently received an equity investment from NCB Capital and other angel investors, through First Angles Jamaica Ltd.
