Ronald Levy wins the men's 110-metre hurdles at the Paris Diamond League meeting on Saturday.

Olympic champion Omar McLeod finished a disappointing seventh as Jamaican compatriot Ronald Levy ran a personal-best 13.05 seconds to win the men's 110-metre hurdles at the Diamond League meeting in Paris on Saturday.

McLeod, who secured Jamaica's first ever Olympic gold medal in the men's 110-metre hurdles with a stunning performance in Rio last year, clipped a hurdle as Levy stormed home to beat Andrew Pozzi and Darien Garfield.

Pozzi, of Great Britain, clocked 13.14, also a new personal best, to get the better of Frenchman Garfield (13.15) for second.

“Things are looking good before the London championships,” Levy, a University of Technology student, said.

“I know what to do at the championships now.”
