Reggae Girlz to return home for 2020 Olympic Qualifiers

Jamaica's senior women's football team will be back in action on home soil for the Women' s Olympic Qualifiers, Preliminary Round, from September 30 to October 8.

The Reggae Girlz having reached the FIFA Women's World Cup will now turn their attention to qualifying for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, Japan from July 24 to August 9.

There are three groups at the Caribbean preliminary stage. Jamaica are drawn in Group B alongside Cuba, St. Lucia, Barbados, and US Virgin Islands and will first face Cuba on September 30 at 6:30 pm

All matches will be played in the National Stadium (Grandstand only for spectators).

The three Group winners will move onto the 2020 Concacaf Women's Qualifying Championship, which decides which national teams from North, Central America and the Caribbean qualify for the Olympic women's football tournament.

The top two teams will then qualify for the 2020 Olympics women's football tournament in Japan.
