Reggae Girlz to play Brazil and Italy at 2019 Women's World Cup

Jamaica’s first ever FIFA Women’s World Cup will see the Reggae Girlz take on Brazil, Italy and Australia in Group C following the results of the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup Draw in Paris on Saturday.

Concacaf’s first ever Caribbean nation to play at a FIFA Women's World Cup will begin its group stage campaign on June 9 against 2007  Women's World Cup runners-up Brazil at the Stade des Alpes in Grenoble.

Jamaica will return to action on June 14 at the Stade Auguste-Delaune in Reims where they will square off against Italy.

The Reggae Girlz will then round out their group stage action four days later on June 18 against Australia once again at the Stade des Alpes in Grenoble.

Jamaica qualified for the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup by virtue of their third-place finish at the 2018 Concacaf Women’s Championship in October.
