Pulse, Margaritaville Turks led gains during Monday’s trading

Margaritaville gained 10 per cent to close at US$0.17.
Pulse Investments and Margaritaville Turks led gains on Monday’s trading of the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE).
Pulse Investments gained 10.5 per cent to close at $3.38 and Margaritaville gained 10 per cent to close at US$0.17. However on the losing end, CAC 2000 dipped 10 per cent to close at $9.00.
The JSE Combined Index advanced by 861.92 points (0.27 per cent) to close at 316,352.47. The JSE Index advanced by 1,308.61 points (0.43 per cent) to close at 308,045.93. The JSE All Jamaican Composite Index advanced by 1,436.28 points (0.43 per cent) to close at 338,098.53.
The Junior Market Index declined by 30.80 points (1.0 per cent) to close at 3,036.12. The JSE USD Equities Index declined by 2.67 points (1.76 per cent) to close at 149.38.
Overall Market activity resulted from trading in 56 stocks of which 25 advanced, 22 declined and 9 traded firm.
Market volume amounted to 2,575,665 units valued at over $28.5 million. Victoria Mutual Investments was the volume leader with 435,070 units (16.89 per cent) followed by FosRich with 387,471 units (15.04 per cent) and Lasco Distributors Limited with 244,516 units (9.49 per cent).
