The developers of Palms of Ravina, Puerto Anton Developers, is seeking to meet the demand for homes with work-from-home solutions.

As the concept of working from home takes root across the world, construction company Puerto Anton Developers Limited is ready to build units for the dual role of relaxing and earning an income.

Locally, work-from-home measures were put in place in March to limit the spread of COVID-19.

But in a bid to reopen the economy, Prime Minister Andre Holness lifted the order on June 1. The prime minister, however, maintained that those who can work from home should continue to do so.

Many Jamaicans and companies have since signalled their intention to maintain work-from-home arrangements.

To this end, St Andrew-based Puerto Anton Developers is seeking to meet the new demand for houses with work-from-home solutions, having recently completed the Palms of Ravina development in St Andrew.

Puerto Anton Developers said it is ready to work with potential homeowners who want to build their dream homes with adequate space for family time and work, without interference.

Puerto Anton will also facilitate customers who already have a house and want to build out a dedicated home office or work-from-home space.

The developer noted that the new work-from-home offering is a part of the company’s commitment to building unique and affordable residential and commercial projects with state-of-art amenities for safety and security with an intimate community feel.

The Palms of Ravina, the entity’s latest project, featured eight two-bedroom units with two-and-a-half bathrooms and a kitchen.
