Proven Wealth Limited (PWL) has launched IPO PRO; an online tool that will allow persons with a Jamaica Central Securities Depository (JCSD) Number to participate in local initial public offerings (IPOS) from anywhere in the world.

“This market disruption is a deliberate move on our part to leverage the expansion in technology and mobile devices; thereby allowing persons the ease of participating in offers and making wealth decisions,” said Johann Heaven, President and CEO Proven Wealth Limited.

Heaven said that with Jamaica boasting the phenomenal recognition of having the number one stock exchange, coupled with the explosion of investments across Jamaica, Proven desired to provide the investing community, both locally and abroad, with a solution that makes it easier to participate as individuals or institutions.

In a statement on Thursday, Proven said the IPO PRO is the answer to managing public offers, private placement and other structured products smarter, faster, more efficiently and effectively.

“This state-of-the-art tool is amongst several initiatives planned to improve the wealth and investment management experience not only for clients of Proven Wealth but the wider investment ecosystem,” the company said.

IPO PRO is a straight-through paperless solution which will make wealth management easier, convenient and accessible.

All participants can submit their applications and be able to track and monitor status. Some of the features include: smart immediate e-signature, adding of joint applicants (particularly convenient for companies with directors at various locations) to review and sign the application and uploading documents for submission.

Heaven articulated: “Our vision for 2020 is to change the future of wealth management by providing hassle-free solutions to make wealth relaxed, accessible, satisfying and easier.”

Non-Proven Wealth clients can sign up for  IPO PRO, the company advised.
