It's that time of the year again when Jamaica's junior track and field athletes are on show at the nation's premier sporting event, the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls' Athletics Championships.

Over the next five days, the competition will be fierce as schools race to wear the prestigious crown of girls' and/or boys' athletic champs.

In the girls' competition,  defending champs Edwin Allen are once again big favourites, but they are expected to face the strongest challenge from Holmwood, Hydel and St Jago.
