PHOTOS: Jamaica Chamber of Commerce awards top performers

Red Stripe, Nestle Jamaica Limited, Massy Gas Products Jamaica Limited and Delta Supply Company Limited copped different sections of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce (JCC) Annual Awards and Grand Charity Ball at the Jamaica Pegasus hotel  on Saturday night.

Red Stripe was selected as winner for the Best of Chamber Award in the extra-large category with Nestle getting for large, Massy for medium and Delta for small.

The Best of Chamber Award is presented to members of the JCC that have been judged to exhibit the highest levels of sector performance and best practices in the areas of corporate leadership, product and service quality, human resource development, marketing innovation, corporate citizen and sustained growth.

Yvonne Wilks O’Grady, Group Corporate Affairs & Marketing representative of RJRGLEANER Communications Group presents the Entrepreneur award to CEO of The LAB, Kimala Bennett.

In the extra-large category, Red Stripe won the award ahead of other nominees, Jamaica Broilers and Seprod.

Nestle took the large award over Fontana Limited and DunnCox, with Massy winning the medium award ahead of Dennis Shipping Jamaica Limited and Jamaica Stock Exchange. Delta beat GeoTech Vision, iPrint Digital and Mona School of Business and Management in the small category.

The Lab got the entrepreneur of the year award, beating Dennis Shipping and GeoTech Vision, with GraceKennedy Limited getting the JCC Yello Digital Marketing Excellence Award ahead of Nestle.

The JCC, celebrating 240 years of existence, also awarded a number of companies for being a member of the organisation for over 40 years. See more photos in the gallery below.
