With the objective of strengthening the already cohesive team, Pepsi Cola Jamaica recently treated over 190 of its employees to a two-day workshop and retreat at the Melia Braco Hotel in Trelawny.
Held under the theme “Productivity, Achieving Maximum Output Using Resources Efficiently”, the workshop saw the staff engage in light activities aimed at building camaraderie at all levels of the company, in line with the messaging of their recent campaign, JamaICAN.
Divided into teams based on the company’s product lines, each employee gained a point for participation towards their house. The workshop was also joined by Director for Guatemala and Jamaica of The Central America Bottling Corporation, Juan Pablo Mata, PCJ General Manager, Alejandro Sacasa, Plant Manager, Roberto Portillo, People and Business Development Manager, Luz Tejada and Celebration Brands Limited, Edwin Vaquerano.
