Pan Am Games athletics schedule for Jamaicans - Thursday, August 8

Nine Jamaicans will be hunting medals when the athletics competition at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru resumes on Thursday.

Jamaica enter the day ranked 14th in the medal standings with a haul of eight (3 gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze). Track and field accounted for six of the medals

Boxer Ricardo Brown (bronze) and diver Yona Knight-Wisdom  (silver in the one-metre springboard diving competition) accounted for Jamaica's two other medals.
