Outsource2Jamaica Expo starts Thursday in Montego Bay

The Business Process Industry Association of Jamaica (BPIAJ) will on Thursday and Friday host the second staging of the Outsource2Jamaica Symposium & Expo at the Montego Bay Convention Centre. 

The association’s efforts, will this year be dedicated to helping local BPO companies move up the value chain and expand knowledge process outsourcing, under the theme, “Global Services: Transforming Processes, People and Culture.” 

The event will bring together a diverse group of global experts, technocrats, local entrepreneurs, government officials, BPO leaders, buyers and service providers.

On Friday, the BPIAJ will also host a Youth Engagement Summit and Job Fair, which will provide a medium for learning and networking.

Speakers for this year's Symposium & Expo will include Jim Iyoob, Chief Customer Officer – Ttech Global Services, Andrew Clutz, Director Corporate Investment & Analysis – Conway and Alex, Chief Innovation Officer – Tin Smart Social.  

Over 200 attendees from Canada, the US and the Caribbean participated in last year's expo.
