No water supply in sections of upper St Catherine

The National Water Commission (NWC) has advised that some sections of upper St Catherine that are served by the Guys Hill Pumping Station are presently without public water supply because of mechanical problems affecting operations at the White River Intake.

The NWC has indicated that the affected customers are expected to have their regular water supply restored by Monday, June 25.

The areas affected include Race Course, Jeffrey Town, Decoy, Ragsville, Moreland, Redwood, Middlesex, Guys Hill, Windsor Castle, Barnett Benbow and Bonnett.

The NWC has apologised for the inconvenience caused by the disruption in service.
