Choice Business Solutions (CBS) is promising to revolutionise human resource relations in Jamaica with a mobile application called Sabu.

Sabu is an employment service that seeks to connect companies with relief workers and in some cases long-term workers.

According to Calvin Malcolm, general manager of CBS, Sabu users will be separated into clubs and substitutes (subs). Clubs will be registered and verified companies seeking temporary workers while subs are relief workers who are ready to fill those positions.

Malcolm said to ensure that the Sabu offers the best services, both the clubs and substitutes will be given the opportunities to grade their experience in the working interactions.

Malcolm said while though Sabu is not the first of its kind on the island, the aim is to be the best with the quality services offered.

The services will be launched in October.
