NCB advises customers of inconveniences amid card platform upgrade

NCB customers have been advised to expect inconveniences accessing some of the bank's card services from Saturday to Tuesday.
In a statement on Friday, the bank said it will be upgrading its card processing platform on Monday, March 11, 2019 from midnight to 6am, during which it said card services at point of sale, ABM, internet banking, telebanking, and e-Commerce platforms will be unavailable.
The bank also said, starting Saturday, March 9, until Tuesday, March 12, customers will also experience delays in updates to their credit card balances after payments or purchases.
NCB apologised to customers for the inconvenience caused.
