Alleged knife attacker held after two years on the run

Detectives assigned to the  Criminal Investigations Branch have cracked another cold case. 

The latest success comes out of St. James, where sleuths have laid formal charges against a 44-year-old man who has been on the run for more than two years.

Charged is 44-year-old Bradley Foster, a farmer of Farm Heights in St. James.

Reports from theMount Salem Police are that about 6:30 p.m., Foster allegedly used a knife tostab another man several times to the left side of his body.The man was assisted to the hospital where he was admitted.

Foster fled the community following the incident, which took place in Rose Heights in the parish on July 13, 2018.

After intense investigations, he was finally arrested in the parish on Sunday, October 18, 2020 and subsequently charged following an interview.

His court date is being finalised
