Man charged for $92 million Caribbean Estate cocaine find

The man who was detained in connection with the seizure of 170 pounds of cocaine at a house in Caribbean Estates, Portmore, St Catherine last Friday, has been charged and named.

He is Michael Abrahams, 36, who was on Tuesday charged with breaches of the Dangerous Drugs Act.

He is to appear in the St Catherine Parish Court on Thursday.

The huge cocaine find has an estimated value of more than $92 million.

The Narcotics police are continuing investigations into the find.
