Magnum Xplosion to ignite The Bahamas

Exciting, exhilarating and impressive are just some of the words being used to describe the ongoing Magnum Xplosion concert series throughout the Caribbean. Each staging has seen thousands converging to the venues, which are filled with high-caliber performances from top dancehall, and reggae acts. 

Magnum Xplosion’s next staging is set for August 11, 2018, at the Bahamas National Stadium Sports Centre. The event will feature an all-star dancehall cast of Busy Signal, Ding Dong and I-Octane. The event will also feature local and Jamaican dancers called the Magnum Vixens, in addition to disc jockeys DJ Scrappy, Mix-a-lot, Stunner and Selecta Fawteen, hosted by J. Koolz from 103.5FM The Beat.

Determined to make a lasting impression on the island chain, the brand will roll out a string of thrilling road shows beginning on July 6th and continuing every Friday until August 10th at special Magnum locations. In true Magnum style, each road show will feature a unique mix of explosive dancehall energy, dancers and giveaways.

We’ve had three very successful stagings across the region so far and our consumers know that they can depend on us to deliver a quality experience. Magnum Tonic Wine has always been innovative and trendy with its campaigns and activations. With our close ties to the streets, we looked very closely at the current Caribbean music climate and knew that the people of Bahamas would appreciate Magnum Xplosion, and the line-up we are offering,” an elated Kamal Powell, Marketing Manager for the brand throughout the region explained. 

"Magnum’s current campaign Tek Charge is a celebration of individuality to flaunt your personal prowess in any given situation. We implore our consumers to partake in it by enjoying every moment of our events responsibly, while flaunting their personal prowess!" Powell added.

Bahamian consumers will be able to take advantage of Magnum 3 for $10 and 6 for $19 specials. A free magnum cup is also included with purchase while supplies last. Gates open at 8pm with performances starting at 10pm.Tickets are $25 general and $50 VIP presold.
