Let's talk about... Can Christian, non-Christian relationships work?

The dynamics of the church is changing, with statistics indicating that the ratio of women to men following the gospel has widened. The trend of more of the fairer sex giving their life to the Lord than their male counterparts is expected to continue, which will cause a further imbalance and pose an increasing challenge to Christian women seeking a Christian spouse.

But even then, there are men in the church, still waiting for the right partner, as the mate they desire is not amongst the congregation. With that, it sets up the scenario of church members looking outside the church to find their 'perfect partner'.

Christians once frowned upon such a scenario because of the scripture verse, 2 Corinthians 6:14, that says: "be ye not unequally yoke together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness?"  However, taking all into consideration, one would expect a more relaxed view towards Christian and non-Christian relationships. Loop News reporter Job Nelson and videographer Marlon Reid took to the streets of Half-Way Tree on Tuesday to find out. Watch the video below.
