In an effort to help ease the fallout from the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic for one family, the Kiwanis Club of West St Andrew (KCWSA) on Thursday delivered groceries and cleaning items to a single father of five at the Duhaney Park Primary School.

The items were sponsored by Tricia Fearon- Kerr, a Florida nurse of Jamaican descent, who wanted to reach out to children from a family adversely affected by COVID-19 in Jamaica.

The beneficiary, who lost his job working on a delivery truck due to the coronavirus pandemic, has two children attending the Duhaney Park Primary School, where the charity has a long-standing K-Kids service club.
