Kingston Properties led double-digit gains during Monday's trading

Kingston Properties (KPREIT) led double-digit gains on Monday’s trading of the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE).
KPREIT gained 11.3 per cent to close at $6.68. It was followed by Berger Paints (BRG) up 5.11 to close at $20.57. The top declining stocks went to TTech Limited (TTECH) and Jamaican Teas (JAMT) both down by 11 per cent on the day to close at $5.50 and $4.05 respectively.
The JSE Combined Index declined by 786.29 points (0.20 per cent) to close at 392,483.66.
The JSE Index declined by 386.63 points (0.10 per cent) to close at 389,951.38. The Junior Market Index declined by 39.13 points (1.24 per cent) to close at 3,119.82. The JSE USD Equities Index declined by 0.04 points (0.02 per cent) to close at 175.14. The JSE Financial Index declined by 0.44 points (0.44 per cent) to close at 100.09.
Overall Market activity resulted from trading in 60 stocks of which 21 advanced, 31 declined and 8 traded firm.
Market volume amounted to 10,715,321 units valued at over $109 million. Fontana was the volume leader with 3,702,697 units (34.56 per cent) followed by Lasco Distributors with 985,338 units (9.20per cent) and Sagicor Group with 914,140 units (8.53per cent).
