JC Lodge delivered a solid set at Rebel Salute on Saturday morning, pleasing her many fans who ventured to Grizzly’s Plantation Cove in Priory, St Ann on Friday to witness her first performance on local soil in six years.
The British-born singer entered the stage at approximately 1:30 am with ‘Reggae Woman’, before going into more popular selections such as ‘Make It Up’ and ‘Someone Loves You Honey’ which had the thousands at the venue rocking.

The singer – who was full of energy on stage, and danced and pranced – then drew for ‘Destiny’, a new single off her upcoming album, Passion Fruit, that features her daughter, who joined her mother on stage and represented herself well in front of the large crowd.
JC Lodge concluded her set with the hit song ‘Telephone Love’, which had the audience singing along.
