JC face must-win situation against Campion in golf championship

The third of four tournaments in the inaugural Jamaica Golf Association inter school golf competition will take place on Tuesday at 3:30 pm at the Constant Spring Golf Club.

Jamaica College (JC) and Campion College were tied for first at the end of the opening tournament, which was held in February.  The second tournament saw Campion moving ahead after beating JC.

The Old Hope Road-based JC now faced a must-win situation to stay in contention.

The other three teams in the five-team competition are Hillel Academy, AISK and St. Andrew High School for Girls.

Tuesday's tournament will be played using a two-man scramble with the best two-man combined score being the winner.  The competition is played using nine holes instead of the regular eighteen holes.
