Jamaica dollar depreciated by 28 cents last Friday

The Jamaican dollar depreciated by 28 cents against the United States dollar (USD) during Friday's trading according to the summary issued by the Bank of Jamaica (BOJ).

The dip resulted in the Jamaican dollar closing the trading week at a new low.

The USD closed at $146.70 from $146.42 on the previous trading day.

The British Pound Sterling (GBP) closed trading at $181.73 from $183.84, while the Canadian dollar closed at $107.58 from $107.82 as reported on the previous trading day.
