The Network has done it again with the second staging of the Great Weekend!
The highly-anticipated series featured five party events, each strategically designed to create its own unique experiences. One factor that cannot be denied is their execution of ‘all-inclusive.’ Each event boasted an array of meals curated for all foodies alike prepared by top chefs and caterers both locally and internationally. Promoted as an event you cannot afford to miss; indeed it was!
The fashion-focused Moonlight Brunch set the bar high as it kicked off the weekend with a bang on Friday night. The electrifying musical selections and mouth-watering meals kept persons on their feet and high spirits ready for the upcoming string of events.
On Saturday morning, scores of party goers turned out at the break of day to enjoy the slick musical jugglings of international and local DJs at the Daybreak Breakfast Party.
Switching it up and taking the party off land, Rock the Boat was the third stop during the weekend. Departing the Ocho Rios Pier at 4 pm, the dancehall and soca music-themed catamaran sailed along the Ocho Rios harbor, giving attendees a picturesque view of the sunset along with good vibes, meals and drinks.
The 'big and bad' dancehall event, East, closed out the fourth event of the series. Makeshift fire torches blazed the Tranquility Garden at Dunn’s River as excited party-goers thoroughly enjoyed the fiery selections from the DJs. The event set out to be the top dancehall party and it conquered.
The final stop was at Grizzley’s Plantation for Allure. The much anticipated beach party made a big splash on Sunday evening, as persons came out in full force to revel in the memorable final moments for the holiday. Gorgeous fireworks lit up the night sky as attendees made a departure with the memories of a lifetime!
